Recruitment Partner

A global technology organisation, at the heart of the global digital economy in Ireland, seek to appoint a Recruitment Specialist to their dedicated HR team to lead the recruitment strategy through significant change and transformation. Offering a wide range of innovative services to a rapidly growing customer base, this highly successful organisation continues to strive for excellence in customer experience within a rapidly changing, intensely competitive industry. The appointee will report directly to the HR Director and will be a progressive, decisive recruitment professional with proven success in streamlining a recruitment strategy.

The Role

The successful candidate will be managing and overseeing the end to end recruitment cycle for multiple roles within the organisation. You will also be:

  • Responsible for creating and engaging internal and external talent driving best practice and innovation
  • Passionate about direct sourcing and experienced at recruiting across a variety of positions across various service lines
  • Confident engaging with Business Leads and Hiring Managers to evaluate current and future business needs
  • Confident in your ability to plan and run key recruitment campaigns

The Person

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ recruitment experience (agency/ in house). You will have full cycle talent acquisition experience, with a proven aptitude for people operations. You must demonstrate experience in sourcing candidates and building active talent pipelines. The preferred candidate will also operate with high level energy a passionate work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
