Regulatory Affairs Administrator

This global pharma leader employs over 10,000 staff worldwide and operate an EU HQ in Dublin. With over 25 manufacturing plants globally across 6 continents, this business is a respected global supplier of branded and generic pharmaceutical products as well as infant nutritional and consumer healthcare products in selected territories. Increasingly expanding their operation in Ireland, they now sit at a headcount of circa 220 staff across their 3 sites here in Ireland making their operation here one of the largest Corporate offices in Ireland.

Due to further expansion they are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Administrator to join their team based in their Corporate offices in Dublin.

The Position

As RA Administrator you will assist with various administrative tasks relating to the Regulatory Affairs Dept.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining in-/out-coming correspondence register and entering and maintaining data in electronic systems; ensuring electronic information is complete & accurate.
  • Informing and communicating to other departments changes to registration status and updates.
  • Assisting with dispatch of regulatory packages to global RA affiliates or to Health Authorities.

The Person

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience within industry – Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices / Diagnostic – may consider healthcare sector.
  • A 3rd level Qualification desirable.
  • Excellent IT and administrative skills – Microsoft suite (Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Insight and experience within the Pharmaceutical industry sector is an advantage.
