Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical company who are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs assistant to join their corporate offices in West Dublin. This company employ upwards of 10,000 staff globally and have a extensive range of products within their portfolio.

The Position

As Regulatory Affairs Assistant you will support the Regulatory Affairs department with various duties:

  • Assisting with various clerical tasks supporting the Regulatory Affairs department
  • Maintenance of admin databases / filling systems
  • Notarise and legalise documents

The Person

In order to be considered you must possess / be proficient in the following:

  • A BSc in Science or related field
  • At least 1 years’ experience working within a quality or regulatory capacity – ideally within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong IT skills – advanced MS Office is essential
  • Fluent in English and eligible to live and work within the EU
  • An effective communicator with a strong ability to manage and prioritise your workload
