Job description

This team in the commercial litigation department advises corporate entities and high profile individuals on a broad range of reputational and defamation law, in addition to advising corporate clients on general commercial litigation and corporate crime litigation.

The team is advising on some of the most interesting and high profile matters in Ireland, many of which are headline news stories both domestically and internationally. Dealing with a broad range of clients, the team advises on everything from dawn raids, media injunctions, Norwich Pharmacal orders, reputational matters, general contracts disputes, trans jurisdictional criminal investigations, extradition/potential extradition requests and regulatory Investigations.

As part of the 30 partner strong litigation department of this Top Tier Irish firm, you will be joining a future focused, friendly and collegiate team where huge emphasis is placed on mentoring and structured career development. Uniquely in Ireland, this firm also has a formal partnership track programme which the appointee will be expected to join at the appropriate point. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial litigator with 3 - 5 years PQE who wishes to focus in a more specialist area of law.

Candidates should have 4 years PQE in commercial litigation gained with a large commercial firm in Dublin, London or New York, excellent academics and a friendly team focused approach.
