A global communications solution provider is looking for a Sales Order Processor / Sales Support Executive to join their expanding team in the Dublin hub. With offices in over 100 countries, our client specialises in working with customers to provide technology solutions to support their businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced global organisation.
As Sales Administrator, you will liaise with key accounts to develop the relationship between client and customer. You will gain strong client facing experience working across international markets.
You will work with third party suppliers internationally to ensure accurate quotations and proposals are in order and everything is in line with proposed timelines.
Using Salesforce, you will ensure all orders are processed on time while keeping accurate data on the database. You will use the database to generate reports on sales and other functions to ensure efficiency in the business.
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will work on large worldwide opportunities, playing an integral role in the successful closure of new business with new customers and repeat customers.
You will act as a joint point of contact with customers and partners with the relevant account manager, working closely with the account managers on all relevant projects.
A Third level degree is desirable for this position but not essential.
Strong excel skills are essential and a knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial.
Ideally, you will have 1-2 years’ experience within a fast-paced, high volume sales processing environment with a strong desire to learn and take on extra responsibility as the position grows and develops.
You must be a strong communicator who is capable of managing customer relationships with excellent telephone skills.
