Job description

The Need

Our passion is bringing high value selection solutions to customer organisations. We enable their success by bringing the very best talent to their needs. We are currently expanding our team and need a Scientist to join as a Science recruiter. We have a long history of growing successful recruitment talent from the Science community - our current Science team are all Scientists! This will suit people with a Life Sciences qualification, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology or related who have a strong desire to work with people.

We have specialised for over 25 years in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Bio-Tech and FMCG manufacturing. So we have a very strong set of existing customer relationships. There has been a sustained higher level of demand from this existing customer base, which is contributing to the need to grow the team.

The main catalyst for this expansion however has been becoming the sole Irish partner to IIC Partners, a top 10 global search network. We have been providing retained search solutions for years but our appointment to IIC has allowed us to grow this customer solution considerably.

 

The Person
