Senior Artworks Professional

Our client are one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies having expanded rapidly in its short history. They now boast more than 5,000 employees and have offices in more than 40 countries. Part of a Fortune 500 organisation, this company has grown due to an innovative internal development pipeline and an aggressive acquisition strategy. They seek to hire an experienced Artworks Professional on a fixed term contract basis with the strong view to extension / permanency. The role will be based in their global offices in Dublin City Centre.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Artworks you be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and publishing artwork per the process for artwork development for printed packaging components
  • Supporting the creation, maintenance and process of artwork development for printed packaging components through external suppliers for all markets
  • Working with cross-functional project teams and the manufacturing vendor on development for new products and changes to existing printed packaging components
  • Ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained from other functions where applicable, assuring communication is made with third party manufacturer/packager and all necessary proofreading are completed at all stages as per current procedure

The Person:

In order to be considered you must have the following:

  • BSc / BA / MSc in Science or related discipline
  • Experience in Artwork Management and computerised documentation control system
  • Experience in material and/or label change in a GMP environment
  • Knowledge of Packaging and Pharma labelling regulations
  • Experience of working with suppliers and customers
  • Experience in working in a global and matrix environment
  • Eligibility to work in the EU
  • Flexibility around some domestic and international travel
