Our client is a market leading international FMCG organisation based in Louth who are looking to add a Senior Brand Manager – Medical Marketing to their new function. This position will develop and drive the marketing strategy in the Medical Channel.
As Senior Brand Manager you will develop, drive and implement a best in class HCP-centric marketing strategy and full communications plan that reflects our product differences and premium brand positioning.
You will have responsibility for determining and managing the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget and measure, monitor and evaluate success of HCP initiatives, recommending corrective action where necessary.
You will work in partnership with regional teams to ensure HCP messaging is fit for purpose for their market’s needs and leverages local market insights and manage the business relationships with external agencies, including Social, PR, Digital.
In this role, you will keep up to date with brands operating in the HCP field, trends, and industry changes sharing relevant insights and opportunities with the business and apply creative problem solving, analytic skills and influencing skills to provide ongoing insight around HCP into the business and make recommendations and decisions including but not limited to: clinical trials, bespoke research, medical partnerships, sponsorship, investment levels.
