Our client is a market leading international FMCG organisation based in South Dublin who are growing their teams across a number of functions. Their marketing teams are growing significantly, and such, they are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their team to manage their flagship brand.
As Senior Brand Manager, you will develop the Brand to achieve brand performance goals across all channels on the Island of Ireland. Own and deliver key projects that will enable the Annual Operating Plan to be delivered e.g. NPD, SKU portfolio strategies, pricing/promotions, consumer communication and brand activation plans.
You will be accountable for the development of the Island of Ireland Brand Activation Strategy for the Brand Portfolio including the development of annual execution calendars. This will be aligned with the ATL Strategy and will be executed by the Shopper Activation Team.
You will develop the Annual Operating Plan for the Brand covering, New Product Development as agreed, PPA, Pricing, Activation Strategy and Pricing & Promo Strategy working with the Marketing Controller.
You will be responsible for managing the Co-Op A&P budget to ensure accurate spend allocation and phasing and optimal return on investment. You’ll collaborate with the other key functions in the business to achieve key goals -Insight, Category, Commercial, Field Sales, to develop and implement effective execution plans across all channels.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in brand management, minimum 4-5 years’, ideally within FMCG industry with a relevant marketing qualification or similar.
Commercially minded and able to interpret and analyse market data to draw actionable insights for the brand.
A creative Marketeer who shows strong leadership, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and strong influencing and decision-making skills.
Previous experience in budget management, management of P&L is essential.
