Our client is a global e-commerce business headquartered in the US with a large customer base and continued growth projected. Operating in a fast-moving industry sector, there is a requirement for a new Senior People Experience Business Partner to join the People Team to add value to an already existing deep functional internal HR expertise to continue to provide objective advice regarding complex issues as trusted advisors.
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Experience, this role will support employees based in international markets across talent development, performance management, employee relations, and wider organisational issues. Strategically, this critical role in the organisation will work as part of a people focused team who align closely with leadership on the full Human Resources suite. Working within a progressive and forward-thinking organisation, this candidate will mirror the company values whilst collaborating with COE’s and influencing leadership.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience working as a HR Business Partner within a dynamic HR function, supporting and partnering with stakeholders at all levels and have previous exposure to working internationally in a consumer facing business. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential and the ability to prioritise and manage various projects simultaneously will lead to success in the role. Travel to the US is required throughout the year and an exhibition of Irish and UK employment law knowledge is needed.
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR with a CIPD qualification is essential. Knowledge of Canadian, French, German employment law is a bonus. Experience of Workday and a qualification in coaching in the coaching space will be extremely useful.
