Our client, a trusted partner in the technology sector, is seeking a driven Recruiter to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will join a growing team with excellent scope for progression and opportunity.
- Building out talent pools in the technical space; project managers, test developers and analysts, automation, and some resourcing for support functions.
- Liaising with stakeholders across different divisions in putting strategic recruitment plans in place.
- Championing candidate experience and ensuring diverse backgrounds for each of your roles.
- Supporting projects in the areas of diversity and inclusion strategies, graduate recruitment, workforce planning and talent planning.
- Partnering with Heads of Service and providing them with excellent market knowledge.
- Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to Heads of Service and wider business when required.
- You will have at least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced environment - agency and in-house experience is desirable.
- You will have experience in recruiting technical roles and working with senior stakeholders to develop recruitment plans.
- Proven success in hiring passive talent.
- Great teammate with a collaborative work style who enjoys working in a very fast-paced environment.
