This organisation is a leading telecommunications provider who have grown substantially over the past number of years. Working in their state of the art facility in Limerick you will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with the HR and Leadership teams .This a newly created role following the business decision to revert from RPO model to inhouse. As a result this is a very interesting time to join the organisation to support a framework of recruitment operational excellence.
You will have strategic input and responsibility in recruiting for a team of a 400 strong workforce in Limerick with an additional 50 employees in Dublin.
A key element to this role will be working with the Head of Talent Acquisition in executing a program of assessments through assessment centres.
You will support and coach team managers in interviewing techniques and assessment.
You will coordinate and schedule all interviews within the business ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
You will support the managers in job scoping and job description collation ensuring a full understanding of needs are met, whilst managing expectations.
You will be responsible for high volume hiring and ensuring HR support is provided in executing contracts.
You have the opportunity to develop recruitment initiatives and programs of change in relation to people, processes, culture, systems and employee experience.
This role requires the successful candidate who thrives in a changing environment. This role is fast paced and ‘hands on’ and the successful candidate will from a fast paced environment.
You will have at least 3-4 years’ experience as a Recruiter either in-house or through a recruitment agency.
You will have a proven ability in meeting deadlines in line with business expectations.
