Our client is a well-established organisation who are seeking to add to their telesales team at manager level.
You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring that they meet the sales targets that have been set out for them. You will also be responsible for managing their monthly one to one meetings. Compliance with the CRM tool that is used is to be ensured across the team. While on a day to day basis you will coach the team members to ensure the best possible customer experience possible for their clients. You will also be responsible for analysing the customer experience and tasked with improving that experience by assessing where (if) the gaps lie and closing them.
