Our client is an internationally renowned luxury FMCG organisation based in Dublin who is looking to hire a Trade Marketing Manager on contract basis for 9-10 months. This position will look after some of the biggest brands in their portfolio.
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the general Manager for the division in Ireland on trade marketing strategy execution and to monitor brand budget.
You will take ownership and responsibility for all launches and develop the most effective plan to deliver on expectations, utilising consumer insights and touching on consumer touch points.
In this position, you will be involved at a senior level with retailers to influence commercial strategy, driving trade marketing initiatives to maximise brand plans with customers and to develop category relationships with these customers alongside key stakeholders in other divisions.
You will drive and follow the promotional plan and portfolio management – creating compelling in store collateral and theatre that result in greater consumer attraction and deliver materials & POS to commercial teams to maximise brand plans and development.
With an intern reporting into you, you will coach and develop them, displaying your leadership qualities.
You have a qualification in marketing or a related discipline with experience in a consumer driven fast paced sales environment.
With 3+ years’ experience, you will have gained exposure to category, media planning and digital marketing as well as having consumer research experience.
Strong presentation and communication skills are a must with demonstrable experience in leading people/teams.
You will have an ability to create new concepts and a brand vision, managing budgets and P&Ls with some experience of the retail environment.
An interest and knowledge in the area of luxury, beauty or skincare would be beneficial.
