HRM has designed its website to provide information to visitors about our business and services. At times we will collect non-Personally Identifiable Information about your visit and combine this with other information to collectively understand how all visitors use our site. At other times we will collect personal information submitted by you, for example, your email address and Curriculum Vitae (“CV”) details. This policy explains how we use these types of data.
Gathering information and statistics on all of our visitors to our websites enables us to understand what content visitors are consuming and what they are most interested in on the sites. 2. Enable you to submit your CV generally, to apply for specific jobs;

5. Provide other services related to or supplementary to the above; market products and services directly to you to your professional or business email address.
Where we have your consent, we will also use your information to:
1. Send your personal information to clients in order to apply for jobs;
2. Market products and services directly to your personal email address where opt-in applies.
We process data using secure cloud applications. Our suppliers are based internationally and only use secure data centres and where the data is accessible outside the EU for the purpose of analytics, development, and testing, HRM ensures that suppliers are GDPR compliant.
To provide you with an efficient service, your information may be shared by consultants working only within HRM.
We will only hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller.
We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is maintained and up to date. However, if you would prefer that your information is changed or permanently deleted then do inform us so that we can ensure that it is up to date or deleted accordingly.
The personal information that you may provide to us (including sensitive information) may be provided to clients for the purposes of assessing your suitability as a candidate.
We may also process information about you where it is available from public sources. For example, if you have a professional profile online, we may combine that type of information with the information you provide directly to us or in the case of clients what your organisation has provided us.
