The Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Director and play a pivotal role in establishing the HR function to the highest standards of professional excellence to reflect the vision, culture and strategy of the business. You will lead and support the development and implementation of best practice HR policies and procedures and provide continuous guidance and support to talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, reward and employee relations.

The Person

Preferably, to be considered for this unique opportunity, you will have experience in working within a manufacturing environment and have worked within a start-up or greenfield site of similar size and scale. You will demonstrate the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior managers and build strong relationships to drive the global HR strategy. You will also have extensive experience in a range of HR disciplines that include; talent and leadership development and organisational effectiveness. A third level degree or equivalent is required.
