My client, a large global healthcare organisation specialising in high quality medicines, with a passion for championing better health around the world, are currently seeking to hire an accomplished HR Manager, to manage the delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of HR Activities that supports local and regional teams.
As the HR Manager, you will work with a lot of various internal and external stakeholders, and also have responsibility to leading and developing a team. You will provide HR guidance and support to all employees ensuring a consistent enforcement of policies and procedures, manage the end to recruitment process, ensure progressive employee development through talent and succession planning and prepare and manage the HR budget effectively.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level and have at least 8 years’ experience in a HR leadership role, CIPD is desirable. You will also possess strong skills in the areas of; problem solving, relationship building, influence, multitasking and communication. You will have the ability to work with the business leaders and identify development opportunities and innovative ideas to ensure a progressive working environment and you will have experience in dealing with cross functional regional and global stakeholders.
