This Irish based company, one of Europe’s leading food innovators, are seeking to hire a HR Manager. This position is based within their busy manufacturing facility in Cork, employing over 650 staff. This HR Manager position has arisen due to the promotion of the current HR Manager to Divisional HR Manager, who this role will be reporting into. This busy and challenging role represents an exciting opportunity for a talented HR professional, giving them exposure to all aspects of HR management.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the delivery of daily HR operations and ongoing projects and processes. This is a stand-alone position with a HR Administrator reporting in to the HR manager providing support. Areas that will come under the HR Manager’s remit will include employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection and talent management.

The ideal HR Manager will have experience in the field of HR and people management within manufacturing, retail or services. They will also be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR position and preferably a CIPD qualification. (An individual possessing a Law Degree or with a legal background may also be suitable for this position.)
