My client, a large global organisation, providing a broad range of financial services to their clients worldwide are seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join their team to support the business in identifying key talent in line with business needs and requirements.
As the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will work collaboratively with your internal clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs, consult with local HR and hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details, build talent pipelines of strong candidates for open vacancies using online and networking tools and Proactively use social media to enhance our sourcing channels and promote the employer brand.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar TA / Sourcing Specialist role in a fast-paced environment, hold a degree in a relevant business discipline and have the ability to directly source candidates across multiple functions and geographies. You will also have proven organisational skills, be able to manage your own work load, and have excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service and the ability to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others.
