Ashling is our Director of Corporate and Professional Services in Ireland, where she specialises in human resources, executive search, consulting, and advisory services. Ashling holds commercial responsibility for new business development and client relationships across a broad range of domestic and international industry sectors including Pharma, Medical Device, Tech, FMCG, Start-ups, Consumer Products, Manufacturing Business Services, Public Sector & Professional Services.
Ashling’s ability to combine market knowledge, client and candidate needs has resulted in a demonstrable successful track-record in delivering on HR executive search programs, talent advisory support, and the hiring of HR Consultants on behalf of clients. Her portfolio of clients ranges from senior management level assignments across IC, Director, VP and C-suite levels.
Experience: Ashling joined the firm in 2013 where she opened the Cork operations. Having commenced her career in HR, before moving into recruitment working at firms such as Lá Crème and HAYS. Ashling has built a loyal and far-reaching network that has spanned her 20 years in recruitment. Ashling is a member of HRM’s leadership team.
Education / Awards: Ashling holds a Bachelor of Arts from University College Cork and holds a secondary Degree in Psychology also from University College Cork.
