Key responsibilities and specialisms:

Paul leads HRM’s C-suite search practice and partners closely with business leaders in multi-nationals, Irish SMEs, and start-up's to identify leadership talent and in providing advice and insight into hiring strategies that enable business success. In recent years he has worked extensively across the pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG, retail, energy, financial and professional services sectors within the Irish and UK markets.

Paul’s deep expertise lies in strategic leadership talent engagement, assessment, succession planning, and retention within the Irish and international markets collaborating closely with his clients on commercial, strategic, and operationally orientated executive level hires.

Paul’s industry network spans the Irish, UK, and international markets and has deep technical knowledge within General Management, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Commercial functions, as well as having deep senior interim solutions experience.

Experience:  With over 17 years’ experience in business leadership and senior level recruitment, having started his career in Michael Page (FTSE 100 business) and further developing this in the largest privately owned finance recruitment firm in the UK, Paul then relocated to Ireland in 2013. In 2015 he joined the HRM leadership team and has since worked with a multitude of high-profile organisations supporting them with cross-border executive appointments, interim solutions, and advisory services. Paul is a member of HRM’s senior leadership team.  

Education / Awards:  Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Specialization in Economics & Finance (honors), along with a Diploma in General management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University as part of the MBA Programme.
