She partners with organisations to deliver specialist technology and transformation talent across Data Science, Engineering and Architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Change and Transformation, and senior technology leadership appointments, including Interim CIO, CTO, and Technology Advisory mandates.

With experience spanning Ireland, New Zealand, and global markets, Shannon’s background includes executive search, software engineering, data and AI recruitment, digital transformation, and large-scale contract hiring. She brings a broad and commercially grounded perspective to complex talent challenges, supporting organisations across a range of industries including financial services, aviation, SaaS, FMCG, and the public sector.

Shannon works closely with clients to design and deliver high-impact technology teams, particularly within emerging and transformative technologies.
