Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in Dublin now seek to employ a number of Accounts Payable Specialists with excellent skills in SAP for 3 month contracts with an immediate start.

As an Accounts Payable executive, you will report to the AP Manager within a shared services environment.

Responsibility:

• Posting of purchase invoices in accordance with accounting standards.
• Monitoring payment deadlines.
• Execution of payments.
• responding to any queries.
• Adhering to internal controls.

To be considered:

• Experience within a shared services environment.
• Strong SAP knowledge is desired.
• MS office experience.
• Academic background in Accounting/Finance.
• Fluent English
• Polish (desired)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation

This is a 3-month contract role with an immediate start. To be considered, you must be able to work from home.

Salary: €28,000 - €34,000, depending on experience annually, pro-rata on an hourly basis.
