The Position

• Partnering with stakeholders at all levels, leading and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Crafting proposals and presenting business solutions to senior partners.
• Acting as the lead architect, designing and delivering tailored solutions for clients.
• Managing development teams across multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Leading legacy system replacements, including cloud migration strategies.
• Evaluating and integrating software and hardware solutions as needed.

The Person

• 10+ years of experience in customer-centric businesses, with a proven track record in architecture, design, and implementation of large enterprise programs (SDLC, storage, networks, cloud, SaaS, DevOps, and system integration).
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical executives.
• Experience managing teams using agile, waterfall, and scrum methodologies.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
