One of Ireland's most recognised charity organisations with established centres across the country are seeking to hire an experienced HR professional on a part time basis. This person will join a team who are extremely dedicated to delivering their services with care and professionalism and continue to ensure they are providing the best service for their clients.

This organisation needs an experienced HR professional at Business Partner level with a strong background in managing Employee Relations. You will have the specific task of bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and interpreting and advising on employment legislation, ensuring up to date policies across the spectrum of HR activities.

In order to succeed in this role, you have a minimum of 5-7 years' strong ER experience and are confident in managing an investigation from beginning to end. You are confident in your abilities to manage stakeholders across the business are someone looking to add value to an organisation who strive to make a difference to society.
