Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Partner (Projects and Analytics) to join our client's Global HR Team on an interim basis of 12 months. Reporting to the Global HRIS Lead, this role will support HR-related projects across the organisation, focusing on data analytics and reporting in areas such as employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and sustainability.
The successful candidate will manage key HR projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery, while providing high-quality data insights to inform strategic decisions.
The Position
Key responsibilities include:
Employee Engagement
  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual employee engagement survey cycle and colleague pulse surveys across the Group.
  • Work with businesses to enhance data reporting capabilities and optimise data usage through dashboards.
  • Provide expert guidance on utilising system action planning software to improve the employee experience.
  • Manage all Qualtrics-related queries, ensuring that businesses are equipped to self-serve and troubleshoot locally.
Sustainability Reporting
  • Partner with businesses to define and refine data collection processes for sustainability reporting.
  • Guide stakeholders on data collection methods, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
  • Analyse and review data submissions, providing critical insights that reflect global trends in the sustainability report.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance data management and reporting efficiency.
Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
  • Oversee the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion pulse surveys using Qualtrics.
  • Collaborate with businesses to ensure consistent data collection and effective use of dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Analyse survey results and present actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to the survey process to enhance outcomes.
General HR Projects
  • Support the Group HR Team with broader HR initiatives, contributing to strategic talent management activities.
  • Ensure that projects align with organisational goals and people priorities, particularly in sustainability, inclusion, and employee engagement.
The Person
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in HR projects and data analytics.
  • Qualifications such as Agile, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with employee engagement platforms such as Qualtrics is essential; familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, reporting, and providing insights tailored to different stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and HR teams across diverse sectors.
  • Ability to critically assess complex data and provide practical solutions for process improvement.
  • High level of personal integrity, attention to detail, a team player, and capable of managing ambiguity and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and geographies, building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and adhering to project timelines.
  • Demonstrates initiative in improving processes, driving projects forward, and achieving business goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, able to manage ambiguity while delivering results.
