The Irish Sports Association, based in all provinces on the island of Ireland, currently seek a HR BP/HR Manager to support a 12 month maternity leave contract.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will have responsibility for the following:

• HR Advisory, and ensuring HR best practice adhered to at all times.
• Implementation of the talent strategy.
• Talent mapping and resource planning.
• Updating HR policies in line with legislative changes.
• Salary reviews and management of the bonus scheme.
• Employee relations.

To be considered:

• 7-10 years' experience in a busy HR office.
• Strong people management skills.
• An excellent understanding of Irish employment law.
• Strong communicator.

This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office with some travel in Dublin.

This role can be a 4-day week.

Day rate contract.
