Job description

This professional services organisation seeks to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR function on an interim basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of HR and the HR Team to deliver a high-quality HR service to the business through partnership with the Senior Management Teams. As the new HR Business Partner, you will be joining a positive and vibrant company who operate across various global locations. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a robust team offering a hybrid working arrangement.

The Role

  • Providing a full suit of HR services across the business, partnering with senior managers and team leaders in a meaningful and value add manner.

  • Providing guidance and support in all aspects of people issues through problem solving and reaching objectives.

  • Designing and delivering the quarterly induction programme throughout the organisation.

  • Preparing and analysing all compensation, benefits and reward.

  • Preparing and reviewing salary and HR budgets on an ongoing basis.

  • Supporting and driving recruitment processes in conjunction with the wider business.

  • Driving the annual learning plans for all locations.

  • Partnering with the business to provide robust people and talent strategies in line with performance and objectives.

  • Working together to ensure a smooth and effective HR service and partnership to the business.

The Person

  • Approximately 7 years HR experience partnering with a professional business community.

  • Demonstrable proven track record in compensation and benefits, budget management and a high-level knowledge of microsoft office.

  • Strong experience in partnering with a multi-cultural, dynamic organisation.

  • Results oriented with strong attention to detail and fine tuned prioritisation skills.

  • Clear examples and experience of a positive, can-do attitude.

  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm and initiative.
