Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, you will provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to the Heads of 13 Campus Companies, 12 Research Centres and their employees.
As HR Business Partner, you will have the responsibility for developing, implementing and coordinating HR policies and procedures and coaching management in ER related areas. In addition to this, you will coordinate and manage recruitment and selection of employees, administer contracts, payroll and benefits to all relevant employees and actively participate on ad hoc project work assigned to the HR Business Partner team.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant discipline and be CIPD qualified and will demonstrate a significant record of success working in a similar Business Partner role.
The successful candidate will showcase their ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
