As the new HR Consultant, you will operate strategically, collaboratively and innovatively with Senior Leaders in the organisation across a range of transformational elements including; Leadership Development, Change & Capability Planning, Change Management, Talent Development, Executive Coaching and Performance.
Ideally, this key hire will have partnered with business leaders to deliver a shared organisational purpose and have the capability to influence and impact at the C-Suite level. You will have proven expertise in developing a behavioural competency framework and bringing others along a change journey. You will have a proven ability to make informed decisions and exercise judgement with the capacity, confidence and resilience to make value add decisions.
