Job description

Our client, a progressive and dynamic organisation are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join their passionate, established business to support the Senior Management Team in the delivery of the strategic plan through expert HR advice and guidance.

The Role

You will join a HR team of 8 where you will advise and implement HR initiatives and incorporate best practice support in line with strategy, support the development of operating procedures, have responsibility for the recruitment process and ensure benefits administration and internal communications is managed effectively.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a HR Degree / Masters, be CIPD accredited, have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and have the proven ability to work independently through initiative and intuition. You will also be a strong team player and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
