Due to a sustained higher level of demand from this existing customer base, we are looking to grow our team and are in need of a Talent Acquisition Professional to join and assist with this. This role will suit a bright dynamic graduate with some knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition.
The Person & Role
We are looking for a third level graduate who is engaging, communicative and hard working. The person we hire in this role will be an excellent communicator. They will have a strong command of the written word and have good influencing skills. They will be technically competent and a fast learner.
Reporting to our Head of Research/COO, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business at all levels to provide excellent support and to help develop strategies to find candidates for key roles. You will often be the first point of contact for candidates, so you will have a strong customer focus along with excellent organisational skills, ensuring candidates have a great experience interviewing with us that is representative of our brand.
