Our client is a leading food production business, they are known for its varied selection of dairy and plant-based products, including yogurts, infant formula, and beverages. They are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team based out of Cork.

The Position

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and maintaining the security of the company's computer systems.
• Offer expertise in problem-solving to assist IT Support teams in resolving escalated incidents.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures.

The Person

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT analysis or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in systems analysis, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
