Our client, a leading Financial Services Law Firm, is seeking an experienced recruiter to join the team on a part time basis.
This is a short-term assignment during a busy recruitment period and will suit someone who wants to decide the hours and days they wish to work. Reporting into the HR Director and working alongside the HR Executive, you will manage the recruitment life cycle across the business.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
- Screening candidates' CVs and job applications.
- Managing new hire processes by drafting offer letters, conducting background checks and references.
- Sourcing and messaging candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
You will have at least 2 years' experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle, ideally in a professional or financial services environment. You have experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and attract new talent.
This position offers an attractive hourly rate and the ability to set your own schedule.
