Being a well-established organisation in its field, this healthcare group offers great opportunity for someone to join an interesting and developing industry. The organisation is a leading provider of healthcare treatment facilities and services, striving the maintain excellence in clinical, multi-disciplinary care, education and research. They are seeking to appoint a Supply Chain Project Manager to their existing team.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Building a project plan to restructure the supply chain model with dedicated timelines and milestones over the next 2 years
  • Driving organisational changes in process, procedures and structure
  • Identifying areas of improvement and areas of cost saving
  • Coordinating cross functional hospital groups to drive change
  • Identifying and executing process improvement solutions using process mapping and optimisation tools for strategic process improvements
  • Providing regular reports and updates for senior management using measured KPI's
  • Other ad-hoc requirements as necessary

The Person

  • 7+ years' experience in supply chain management function
  • Experience in building business proposals and working with teams to implement changes
  • Focused, energetic and result driven
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management
  • Disciplined, structured and process oriented with a balance between project management, fact based analysis, commercial acumen and ability to take a hands on approach
  • Proven experience in project management principles, practices and tools
  • Highly collaborative with ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Effective communicator, proficient in stakeholder management with proven capability to build buy-in and excitement within the organisation
  • Analytical and customer centric mindset with proven capability of translating complex requirements into tangible solutions
