Our client is a market leading advertising organisation who own a number of renowned advertising platforms across Property, Motor and Agri. They are seeking to Hire a Business Development Manager for the Property arm of the business.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing new and existing relationships with clients across Ireland through selling of a variety of advertising solutions.

Being comfortable with a variety of product offerings, you are able to identify the best solutions for clients based on their needs as well as being able to upsell new product propositions to existing clients.

You will manage advertising campaigns from sale to completion and work with clients and internal teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.

You will generate leads and opportunities through outbound strategic and targeting prospecting, utilising market information and customer data, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed client needs.

You will represent the organisation at trade & networking events, talking to potential customers in order to give them an understanding of product offerings but also to gain more market knowledge to develop new propositions.

The Person

You will have previous sales experience, digital sales a distinct advantage, with strong skills in business development, prospecting and presentations.

You will have an interest in property as well as a drive and determination to exceed past targets.

You'll have previous experience in hitting and surpassing targets while also having demonstrable experience in managing and developing relationships with clients.

You'll have excellent communications skills and be a self-starter who is able to work on your own initiative.

Travel will be required as part of this position, so a full driver's license is essential.
