The Debt Capital Markets team of one of Ireland's leading Big 6 law firms seeks to appoint an experienced lawyer to the team. The group advises on a range of debt capital markets transactions including bond issues, LPNs, securitisations (including CLOs and CDOs), debt repackagings, covered bonds and derivatives. Basic salary will be at the upper end of the Irish market and the firm also has an extremely competitive - and transparent bonus scheme.

Suitable candidates will have gained 4 years' PQE in Debt Capital Markets in Dublin or London. Excellent candidates from a corporate finance background wishing to transition into DCM will also be considered. Relocation assistance will be given to candidates coming from the UK or US markets.
