We are currently working with our client in their search for an experienced Client Relationship Director. This is an influential role that will play a key part in driving the continued success of the business and it's clients. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, it will be at the forefront of driving growth and contributing to ongoing achievements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape and competitor market trends.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance the client experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Responsible for developing client relationships across all portfolios - top 25 contracts.
- Continuously networking within the industry to support brand growth.
- Strategic vision and business acumen will be instrumental in pushing the business to new heights.
- Proficiency in managing multiple service lines, encompassing both Soft and Hard.
- Hold a degree or possess equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding, in particular the financial dynamics associated with retaining contracts.
- Possess a solid understanding of the bid process, including the stages involved and best practices.
- Strong organisational and project planning skills.
- Demonstrate strong experience in managing multiple accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
