The litigation department of this market leading Irish law firm seeks to appoint a commercial litigator with 5 years' PQE to its well regarded team. Uniquely, the firm has a formal and transparent partnership track programme and openly discusses the structure of the Partnership mechanism. The metrics around how bonuses are awarded are clear and the bonus is designed to be achievable. This Firm has also made a number of significant multi-million Euro investments into the business in recent years.

In joining the Litigation Department, you have the option of either remaining a generalist, or if you prefer will be supported in focusing in a specialist area of litigation. As a solicitor in the department, you will deal with cutting edge Commercial Court litigation, ADR and Mediation, advising a blue-chip client base on some of the most high profile, public interest litigation matters in Ireland.

Working in a highly collegiate environment, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and represent major household name clients. Suitable applicants will have circa 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation gained with a top 10 law firm in Dublin or London.
