The growing corporate insurance group of one of Ireland's leading law firms seeks to appoint an ambitious associate. The team advises global insurers and reinsurers on a broad range of work including cross border mergers, JVs, market entry and establishment, regulatory and licencing issues, and commercial agreements. The team is also advising a number of insurance heavyweights who are in the process of relocating operations from London to Dublin.

Suitable candidates will have gained 3-6 years experience either directly in corporate insurance, or with a top tier corporate M&A team in Ireland or the UK. For a traditional M&A lawyer who wishes to transition into the booming area of insurance law, full training and support will be given and while the work is challenging and complex, corporate insurance offers a considerably better work / life balance to traditional M&A.
