One of Ireland's Top 5 law firms seeks to appoint an ambitious associate with partnership potential to its market leading corporate insurance group. The team advises global insurers and reinsurers on establishment and licensing, regulatory issues, cross border activity and commercial arrangements. More recently, the firm has advised a number of the major insurers who have moved operations to Dublin from London as a result of Brexit. Insurance law offers a varied and complex workload and involves more regular working hours than a traditional M&A role.

Applicants will have 5 years' PQE in corporate M&A or advisory insurance law gained with a top tier firm in Dublin or London.
