The M&A department of one of Ireland's largest law firms seeks to recruit a talented corporate lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE. The team, which has had a leading role in the largest transactions in Irish corporate history, acts both as lead counsel on local deals and as Irish counsel on high profile multijurisdictional work. The successful candidate will work on big ticket corporate deals M&A deals across a range of industries in addition to providing high level strategic advice to corporate clients.

Suitable candidates will have gained 1-3 years' PQE in corporate M&A with a top ranked team in Ireland or the UK.
