Job description
Our client is a leading business in providing innovative packaging solutions for the medical device and allied healthcare industries. They are seeking a CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management initiatives and drive business growth through effective CRM strategies and technologies.
The Position
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead the implementation, customisation, and maintenance of the CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise business processes and workflows within the CRM system.
- Responsible for the creation of a suite of Power BI Reports designed to give a wide range of insights to stakeholders access commercial, operations & sales.
- Collaborate with the wider business to ensure that analyses and insights that are created are both understood, accurate & incorporated back into CRM system.
- Monitor & audit data imports to the CRM to ensure optimal approach is taken to data freshness and accuracy
- Analyse customer data and derive actionable insights to inform targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Monitor and optimise CRM performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and customer acquisition costs.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience working in a CRM team environment collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a business.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM management or administration, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage complex data.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
