My client is one of the world’s leading FMCG companies with head offices for this division based on both the USA and Dublin. The company is experiencing fantastic growth and as a result is hiring impactful, positive and energetic people who have a passion for what they do.
Managing the key accounts, you will create and execute customer joint business plans for clients such as Tescos, Dunnes and Supervalu in conjunction with identification of new business opportunities.
You will lead and develop the existing sales team in Ireland as well as management of the convenience and grocery customer account with key clients/customers.
You will build and deliver compelling customer specific business cases to a range of products.
You will assist with the development of robust marketing strategies for Irish Brands and the development of brands through social media.
Liaising with graphic design teams and trade marketing teams, you will develop the appropriate POS and lead the presence at key trade shows, National Convenience show etc.
You will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience with 3 years Sales Team management experience in a retail environment working with UK/Ireland convenience customers and FMCG/consumer goods. Experience working with Tesco is essential.
Possessing excellent commercial understanding alongside strong negotiation skills with a tactical approach to account management is desired with a strong career ambition.
You are a strong communicator with good attention to detail and a customer focus and have a passion for fitness/exercise.
A full clean driving license is necessary for this role as well as flexibility around working hours due to the nature of the position.
