  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging contract staffing demands to identify new business opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record in business development, key account management, or customer relationship management within a highly structured environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying contracting opportunities.
