Job description
Our client is a wholly owned independent Irish wholesalers servicing the hardware and construction industry throughout Ireland and as such they are seeking an experienced Customer service Manager.
The Position
- Manage a group of customer service executives, evaluating their performance and providing feedback.
- Create programmes to improve knowledge and skills in teams.
- Ensure a large volume of consumer transactions are executed promptly and efficiently.
- Uphold a high degree of client satisfaction by using efficient problem-solving and communication techniques.
- Closely collaborate with logistics and warehousing to guarantee seamless operations and address any problems pertaining to order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with the finance division to ensure the smooth running of the invoicing procedures and address any billing concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts with the big retail partners and subcontractors involved in large construction projects.
The Person
- Degree qualification in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Experience working with big retailers and subcontractors is a plus.
