Our client is a leading state funded food organisation based in Dublin who specialise in the promotion of Irish business abroad. Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will have responsibility for all digital communications.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead all Digital Marketing strategies, aligning with overall marketing strategy, including Web strategy and Content Marketing Strategy.
You will collaborate and ideate with the brand marketing team and the corporate marketing team to develop cross-channel, user centric, digital marketing campaigns reflective of brand image and positioning for the organisation.
Act as champion for a digital approach to marketing across the organisation, to optimise the digital interface and engagement with the target user audiences from a marketing communications perspective in accordance with best practice within the resources available.
In this role, you will assist the brand marketing team to develop digital marketing plans that integrate technologies such as online advertising, social media and email marketing, CRM, Search Engine Optimisation and web data analytics for full evaluation.
The Digital Marketing Manager will review technologies and explore new digital marketing technology developments to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives of the organisation through the full marketing mix.
You will manage and develop the digital team, ensuring a high standard of performance and growth of the individuals.
The ideal candidate would have a degree/master’s in Marketing/Digital Marketing or a relevant discipline with strong experience in the food industry.
You will have a successful track record of creating and delivering effective digital marketing strategies and plans and a proven history developing digital marketing campaigns, and managing SEO, PPC, & social media strategies.
Previous experience of Website Migration and implementation of new digital marketing systems are hugely beneficial as well as strong project management skills.
With strong people management experience, you have the ability to develop and monitor performance of your team, promoting collaboration both internally and with suppliers.
