Job description

Our client, a globally leading FMCG company is looking for an Export Documentation Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Dublin.

The Role:
You will have, but will not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • You will provide accurate and timely documents for our export customers.
  • You must provide clear, concise, and appropriate communication with customers and within the organisation, taking ownership of exceptional delivery of documents to our end customers.
  • You will build and maintain strong internal and external relationships is a key success factor with specific importance of being able to operate in a virtual team environment where required. Effective teamwork, time & task prioritisation are also essential.

The Person:

  • You will need 3+ years' export experience preferably in a consumer goods/freight environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant export documentation and regulations is essential.
  • Keen attention to detail and trade documentation compliance obligations.
