This successful Big 6 law firm seeks to recruit a talented company secretary to work in its world class asset management team. The team, which has dominated the investment funds industry in Ireland for a number of years, advises on nearly one third of all Irish domiciled funds.

The team is pragmatic, business oriented, people focused and collegiate. The department advises high profile profile institutional clients on a broad range UCITs, alternative investment fund products, AIFMD requirements and ICAVs as well as providing strategic advice on regulations and new product structures.

Suitable candidates will have between 1 and 3 years' funds company secretarial experience gained either inhouse or with a top tier law firm in Ireland or the UK.
