Our client is an international building materials organisation with Group headquarters based in Dublin. Currently, the Group Head of Leadership Development and the Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer are seeking to hire a Learning Specialist to join their team to support key projects within the global leadership function.
Areas of responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Supporting the design of inclusive leadership and unconscious bias modules
- Investigating and recommending online tools and best practices
- Facilitating workshops both virtually and in-person
- Building a library of commonly used tools, techniques and contributions to scale into digital offerings for all levels of the organisation
Ideally, the successful candidate will have skills in learning design across a number of dimensions including; senior management coaching, classroom-based workshops and e-learning solutions. You will be delivery focused, with a proven track record of collaborating virtually and in person to deliver a common objective. You will also be passionate about Inclusion & Diversity and the development of people. A degree in HR or a related discipline with a CIPD qualification is required. Previous experience in working in a matrix structure is preferred.
