Job description

HRM have been retained by a leading international sales, marketing and support services group with Headquarters in Dublin and operating in four divisions across 20 countries. An opportunity to lead and manage the award-winning Graduate Programme and support talent development planning and delivery has arisen, and we are currently searching for a high achieving, collaborative HR professional to join this attractive organisation.

As the Group Talent Development Executive, you will manage the graduate population, collaborate with external stakeholders to build strong relationships within the market and partner with vendors on coordination and delivery of learning and development.

The Role

  • Development of talent strategy for the award-winning Graduate Programme - meeting current and future needs of the organisation on a global scale.
  • Partnering with the vendor to lead and plan attraction activities.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including the design and execution of an annual Assessment Centre.
  • Proactively partnering with business units to manage their graduate workforce planning needs, plan and support domestic and international rotations, and source post-programme roles.
  • Leading the design and delivery of onboarding, development, performance support, coaching and mentoring initiatives - which combine to create the unique Graduate Programme.
  • Owning and managing the programme and graduate population on a day-to-day basis, working in partnership with local Graduate Business HR Contacts and Line Managers to address any issues and queries that may arise.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders to build strong relationship within the Graduate talent market - ensuring the organisation remains a leading player.
  • Working closely with Group Leadership, Leading & Development to plan and promote group leadership, management, and functional development programmes, managing nomination processes based on business needs.
  • Partnering with leading and development vendors to coordinate and deliver programmes - supporting all aspects of delivery.
  • Managing general administrative, communication and budgetary processes and supporting other Group Talent projects, as required.

The Person

You will be a qualified HR professional, with a proven experience in Learning, Talent Development and Graduate Programme Management You will display proven ability to drive actions and outcomes in a complex environment and motivated by detail and accuracy of information. You have a proven track record of managing multiple deliverables, exceeding customer expectations and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Third level degree in a relevant discipline required.
  • 2-3 years in a similar role, working in a multinational organisation on the design and execution of Graduate Programmes or other strategic talent programmes.
  • Delivering and managing complex programmes and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing third party relationships in a talent development context
  • High level on interpersonal skills - maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the group.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to problem solve, work on their own initiative, and spot opportunities to continuously improve processes.
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
